Great tool and great Customer Service

Easy to use - The best part of this app was that it could integrate with our CRM system so we have all information in one place, which has helped ease some manual tasks for us! I found myself having issues using their customer service team when needed support during training sessions or after hours (no matter what time zone).

We solved many problems by implementing revenue grid into workflows within Salesforce orgs but there were still challenges managing tickets without creating additional fields manually through ticketing apps like Zendesk/Freshdesktops etc.,.

Pros
  • I like that I can easily generate reports on a weekly, monthly, yearly or life time period and it's fairly easy to setup
Cons
  • There is a learning curve for the most basic use cases
