Installed on 2004 Sierra 2500HD. Installation was easy until I was on the passenger side. connector problem. It looked suspicious like it was damaged. Repaired and repaired. I left the packing bag during installation to avoid fingerprints and damage to the mirror and found fingerprints everywhere and 2 fairly deep scratches on the outer plastic! Suppose the item was a return and was never tested? Or resell in hopes the buyer won't notice? Or damaged during manufacture? This completes the installation. Was I happy about that, no. Will I face the delete and return issue and wait for a replacement? no For that they get 3 stars. Overall I'm happy with the mirrors and they point up a bit, but I feel like almost all aftermarket tow mirrors do. With reviews mentioning the lack of sealing above. I tightened the top first to avoid this problem and also stopped visiting windows so I didn't really have this problem. It was good. I would buy it again, but tested it before installing it. Because I only looked at the driver's side and not the passenger side to see it was in use, slightly damaged.
