This is amazing! I have a pair for each family member (3) and we all feel the same about it. The suction is strong - we have to put our finger between the glasses and the skin to take the glasses off so our eyeballs don't feel like they're being sucked out of their sockets (okay - not THAT bad 😁). Rinse the inside with pool water before use to keep them from fogging up, although they do fog up a bit on chilly nights - I first noticed when it was 80 in the pool and 70 outside. As long as they suck well, they won't fog up. does not flow. I am nearsighted (-4.25/-3.75) and was pleased to find that I can see perfectly underwater when wearing glasses - no contact lenses required. My husband and daughter also have myopia with a weaker prescription but even mine didn't help them. We love them so much that after a few weeks of use I bought a few more for others to use and I don't have to worry about losing them. The only problem may be people wearing a swimming cap. When the lid is lowered, the goggles may not sit directly on the face to ensure good suction. However, this affects my rating of this one!
