Review on OpsCenter by Jamar Gow

The ability of being able to see everything that's going on at any given moment from anywhere across our organization gave us realtime visibility into what we should expect when certain events occurred (both good and bad). It also allowed me to create workflows easily so I could assign jobs and track progress without having to spend hours searching through emails/documentation. If someone were using this product out-of-the box before you came along they would know how much easier it was than logging onto multiple systems - one dashboard! While there are some limitations with customizing reports / creating new dashboards it really isn't too hard once you get used to working within Opscenter itself. Being able to keep up with all my employees' daily activities while still maintaining proper privacy has had many benefits including making sure everyone stays safe during their shifts and reducing stress associated with not knowing where people might have been throughout the day.
