Ordered 8/3/20, glad it came with a strap as promised (recent update seems to be) which was the main criteria for me. I was arguing between this and a competitor that also has similar specs (light weight, strap, kickstand, and more storage) but is $15 cheaper. I ended up going for this one because it's 31.5" long instead of 33.5". The 2 inch difference makes it much easier for petite women like me to carry in hand. Made it to a 9 hole course today and definitely felt it was worth the extra money. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised that it was fairly easy to grab his hand and walk around at times. The strap suits me - I can wear it over the shoulder or sideways. The handle is not against the chest, the racquets do not fall off when moving when I use the strap. Now Cons- 1) I didn't understand that the bag doesn't stand up straight. The bag can only stand with its legs stretched out, so it needs to be leaned against the wall when storing it at home. 2) My racquet has a very thick handle so it takes up almost half of the bag. This means I have 3 racquets on the other half, so I can only carry 4 racquets. But overall I'm very satisfied.
