Review on Minimalist Leather Men's Wallet with RFID Blocking in Charcoal by John Sharma

Not my favorite wallet

First things first, wallets are a very personal piece of clothing and this review may not apply to you as people have different tastes. When I received the Mou Meraki Blue leather wallet, I knew adventures awaited me. It comes in a checkered box and inside is a wallet in a small burlap pouch. The wallet itself is a nice blue color and nice suede, but I absolutely hate plaid accents, they're visible right behind your driver's license and don't go well with blue suede, at least in my opinion. I've never used a money clip wallet before and now I understand why it's a terrible design when you have a wallet that comes with your ID, a card in the "quick access" slot, cash in the bill holder and cards in all six slots For cards it's far from minimal, it's one of the fattest wallets I've ever used. The "quick access" slot on the outside of the wallet is definitely not the best for quick access to your card as you can't pull the card out far enough to remove it unless you actually slide the card through the wallet hole below.. Personally I wouldn't recommend this wallet to anyone as I really don't like the design which is a shame as I really liked the leather used for the wallet. Overall this wallet is pretty well built but the design is terrible in my opinion, I may not like it but you may find it surprising, this is a personal opinion that I can only express for myself.

Pros
  • Very functional wallet. I really like that!!
Cons
  • Cards are very difficult to insert and remove, need a break, overall a good product but not for the front pocket.
