I like that we have access via video chat, but most of all it's easy for my patients too! It makes everything so much easier when they are home from work or traveling away at times where there isn't always someone else around them in person giving their vitals etc.. The only thing you may need more help with would be keeping up-to date as far as new tech goes (more features added). If your looking into something not just used by yourself/your employees then make sure this can support multiple users if needed down through different levels within an organization also - sometimes its hard managing who has what permissions depending upon how many people use these functions across various departments / locations throughout our large healthcare system here locally!!
