The best thing about this product has been its ability for me as an online doctor, be able to interact with my patients in real time! I like that it allows me access from anywhere, so no need for physical office presence or clinic visits! It's secure - great security features available with all of their solutions (not just vaults). There are some glitches in how you can navigate within certain parts such as setting up an appointment/appointment reminders etc but they're working towards fixing this soon enough!!
