This lens cap does not affect the quality of the camera. It's easy to install as it slides/snaps onto the camera device, it's not a self-adhesive cover (thank goodness). Easy to use as you literally just open or close the locking cover whether you want to be seen or be sure not to be seen. It's quite thick so you can be sure that when the latch is down no one can see anything and it definitely won't show through. It goes well with the logi c920 and I have ordered another one for the logi c922 which I just received for my husband!
