Review on 🚚 Enhanced Truck Tailgate Assist by Dee Zee - DZ43300 by John Brazington

I have used this product on other trucks and it has worked great. When I had problems with that, I got confused. I followed the instructions exactly, but there is interference between the shock absorber and the truck. The trunk cable cannot be removed. The included cable clip hits them and I ride with a large cable loop hanging from my tailgate. Also, it lowers the gate very, very slowly. This may be due to cold weather. I hope so. I contacted them through their website. Have you ever thrown a rock into a lake and it didn't splash? This is her answer. Nothing. Nothing at all! I am very disappointed with this experience and although I used to think this product was cat meow, I no longer recommend it.
