Faulty construction - should not be on the market
An obvious problem with the tape measure is that the "edge" of the tape measure is not stationary but wobbles about 4 millimeters resulting in a measurement accuracy of 0 up to 4 millimeters in depending on the degree of swing. The design flaw is so obvious that it should not be sold as a product to consumers as the entire purpose of a tape measure is to measure accurately. Due to a design flaw, it is virtually unusable and should be withdrawn from the market immediately.
