Review on SweetProcess by Brent Peterson

I like that you can easily create Sops, add pictures or videos to make them look professional if needed! You also have an option of adding links which is nice because sometimes they are difficult for people who don't know how to use computers very well to navigate through websites in order to find what exactly their looking for. There isn’t much about sweetprocess i dislike but maybe there could be some tweaks made so when creating sop's we would get better results than just showing photos? We mainly used this program as training tools during our first year at work however now its been implemented into all departments within my workplace.
