Review on VoxiAI - Voice-driven IVR and automated form-filling by Mark Greenwood

It has been very helpful for our business by allowing us to have an extended amount of time between calls which makes contacting customer service much easier! The only thing I don't like about this product yet (which may change) was that sometimes you can hear other people talking while using voxiais call center software but we are working towards getting them fixed asap so hopefully there won’t be any more problems!! If anyone reading wants some extra assistance from their phone system then definitely give these guys a try because if not satisfied within 30 days or less than 1 month refund guaranteed. We needed additional support after hours since all phones were shut down due too COVID 19 precautions therefore having someone answer questions 24/7 helps tremendously. ! Also being able to use multiple agents instead of one person answering every question helped immensely also. !! There really isn't anything bad i dislike however my favorite part would probably be how easy everything came together once signed.
