I ordered this vacuum cleaner about a week ago. Arrived in a paper envelope which was great as one of the main reasons I ordered this product was to reduce my plastic footprint. The product itself works great! As soon as it gets wet, it becomes soft and comfortable to wear. Grates perfectly dried leftover food and cleans bathtubs! However, I noticed that after cleaning, a strange piece of fiber remains. Nothing major and as this is an all natural product I don't expect it to last forever. However, I'm hoping it will last a few more months before I have to replace it. Overall a good product and a clear buy recommendation!
