Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent protein blend with low sugar/carbohydrate/cholesterol levels of varying quality

Overall I would say this is one of the best protein powders I have ever used. It definitely helped me build muscle while shedding some fat. I've had 5 flavors so far: Birthday Cake, Cinnamon Bun, Gourmet Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and Strawberry. All flavors are of different quality. I'll cover it below! - The birthday cake was too sweet but very tasty. Well blended and can't go wrong. - The cinnamon bun is also well mixed and tastes like milk mixed with crunchy toast spices with cinnamon. The taste was a bit overpowering and not to my liking, but it wasn't too bad. The gourmet chocolate was the most neutral of all. Flavor was probably the biggest selling point because you can't usually go wrong with chocolate. Mixes well! - A cup of chocolate peanut butter tastes more like plain peanut butter. I didn't like it at first, but after a few days it took root and I didn't mind the taste. It mixes well, but I found a strange sediment in it. Some days my chest felt weird while drinking. I wouldn't say you should avoid this scent as it's probably just a bad batch. Mixes well! - Strawberries are my last purchase. It was the cheapest of them all for a £5 tub ($51 versus the usual $66). I've read reviews that strawberries don't blend well and taste weird. I can agree with the negative reviews on mixing as it doesn't break at all. Today after a workout I found that if you mix it and then put it in the fridge for a while and then mix again, it breaks down evenly. I mixed/put my shake in the fridge between my main/ab workouts and it worked wonders. The taste is actually my favorite. The aftertaste is unpleasant, but you get used to it! After my current dip is over I will no longer be using Dynamatize as other protein brands are of similar quality and cheaper prices. Dynamatize was my most used protein powder, but I found myself wasting a 5lb tub every month, which ultimately prompted me to look for a new powder. However, I recommend Dynamatize! It helped me gain muscle mass which was difficult for me due to my genetics/physique. I should also mention that when I was working in the Middle East, Dynamatize was very popular and often flew off the shelves the same day it appeared in my shop. Base. By the looks of it, it's worth using!
