After creating less than 50 symbols, the machine started with the error message that the ink cartridge is empty. We ordered new cartridges and still got the same message when trying to print any badges. Our Revain return window was closed so I called the manufacturer and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Since the Badgy is still under warranty, they forced me to send the machine to a dealer for repairs. We've been without our button maker for over 3 weeks. They CANNOT diagnose the problem YET and say they need to order new parts to test the motherboard. We asked for a 'new' unit as ours is under warranty and they refuse to accommodate it. At that point, we'll probably just eat up the cost and buy a new icon maker from someone else.
