Not powerful at all

I was delighted to receive this spinning disc for making acrylic snow globes/story cups. Unfortunately, no matter how charged the tool, or what setup or technique I use, there isn't enough energy to drill through any of the thin walls of the glass and insert the elements to create a snow globe. hole, but then it gets stuck. The hole is not finished and there is no "reverse" function to take the drill out if it gets stuck. I'm not sure if this is a feature of a rotary tool or if the intent is to keep "drilling" and once the hole is made it creates enough room for you to move the drill up and down, can move in and out. Since it doesn't have very good instructions AND it keeps getting stuck, I guess I'll ever find out. My husband tried different bits for different things while working on his machine (a cutting wheel on a very thin piece of aluminum and another very thin piece of metal just to see if we could add to the review but he had no luck Pros: It's very light and comfortable for people with small hands Different attachments to try and use for different projects It works well for filing my dog's nails, which is not what I intended to use or do, but if you do for that reason this might be a good deal for you it might work well for a (human) nail technician too but it's not a skill I have so I couldn't test it looks like mine will Nail technicians use it on nails it can be useful in this way.
