I don't know enough about brakes

I really don't know enough about brakes to know if this was a good deal. Brake pads still vibrate when braking. I think cheap was a mistake. I'm not a car person. There might be something wrong with the fluid or something, but they shouldn't be vibrating when I stop and they scare me because they're jamming.
