Fully lined 1/2 liter stainless steel soup/soufflé pans, set of 2 (matt finish), beautiful round shapes in 18/10 stainless steel of excellent quality, durable, food safe, non-leaching and a safe metal alloy, especially when preparing and handling cooked or reheated food. They are strong, durable and heavy so you don't have to worry about tipping them over and you can cook with them in the oven or on the stovetop. I am very pleased with the finish of the All-Clad, although I now own several of these, and you can tell that every detail, including the rivets that attach the handles to the bowl, has been designed and manufactured to fit together perfectly . As mentioned, 2 cups that are not too big and not too small will fit and for a toaster/convection oven they are just right.
