All-Clad Soufflé. As with all All Clad products this is of high quality. I cook in it and serve it to the table. This is my second sentence.

Not like the picture, it was made in China, both pots had scratches and it was small enough for kids to play with these big pots which didn't fit me, i was so disappointed and very angry i thought it would be made in the usa and i thought it would be the full sized pots i wanted but it's not. Buy this ramekin, you will be so mad when you open the Revain box

They are beautiful. I use them to store leftovers and then reheat. I cook Indian food and leftovers taste better when I reheat them with all my clothes on. No more microwaving and killing flavors. Since using these and other fully covered pots for cooking and reheating, my dishwasher hasn't filled up either. They are so easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher. They hold about 2 cups of food and still have room. I want them to come with a lid.

The product description says "18/10 stainless steel inside and out with an aluminum core for superior thermal conductivity." When I read that I thought I was getting a 3-ply material. However, they arrived today and are made from solid 18/10 stainless steel made in China. Revain needs to update the product description and I have made them aware of the issue. I have read all the previous reviews and I don't have to repeat any of the many good things others have admired. That's all true.
