The best thing about this product is the ease of use. It's so easy to set up, configure and use. I have been using it since it was first released and haven't had any problems. The price is very reasonable. There are some features that could be improved but nothing major. I would say that if you're looking for something cheap and easy to get going with, then this is a great option. We needed a way to provide employees with access to their corporate data when they were away from their desks. Workspot has allowed us to do just that.
