I've had a few minor issues with the software, but the support team has always been very responsive and friendly. I have not found anything I dislike about the software. If you are looking for a great virtual assistant for manufacturing, this is the one. If you are looking for a virtual assistant for any type of work, I would definitely recommend. The software has allowed me to be more efficient, which has helped reduce my production time. The support has been great too. I'm able to use this to provide a service to my clients.
