Ideal for USB-C 3.1. NOT for Thunderbolt 3 ports

Pros: - Works great with USB-C 3.1 ports. - Works great in combination with Anker's Slim USB 3.0 Hub to increase the number of USB 3.0 ports. ) Transfer to 2 2.5" USB hard drives (4TB each) with an Anker hub with this USB-C adapter easily. But it wasn't advertised as working with Thunderbolt 3, so I'm not deducting a star for that. You need a separate Thunderbolt adapter if you don't want your devices to be disconnected/reconnected every half hour when adjusting Thunderbolt 3.
