Fantastic product but this time the packaging was terrible.

I am a frequent customer of this wonderful item. This time I bought them as a gift but the presentation was embarrassing due to the poor packaging! The paper grid that usually holds the balls in place, labels up and in order hasn't even been assembled yet! The balls rolled freely in the box making this great product feel very cheap. I was disappointed with this but I know the product is great. They smell nice, last a long time and sizzle a lot, keeping the water fragrant and beautiful.
