I like that it is very customizable, allows you to create your own reports so there isn't any limit of what can be created. It's easy to use as well! You are able to add in different data sources such as point of sale systems or other third party software (like Google Analytics). That being said we have been using this product since 2016 but they recently changed their pricing structure which was not disclosed prior to purchase. We were looking at multiple solutions before choosing bloom intelligence. They did all our analytics reporting needs with ease.
