Just avoid it or risk it not fitting in your pan. I bought a 12" Frywall for my 12" All-Clad pan. Easy enough right? Not really. I followed all the instructions but it doesn't fit neatly and pretty. It does not maintain its circular shape as advertised as it is EXTREMELY flexible. Again, it's as flexible as it gets, and difficult to maintain a round shape when placed in a pot. It "fitted" my pan in the end, but I've found that it's not quite perfect. He was there, but I had my doubts. The rim of the inner wall (closest to the hot surface of the pot) had a slight bead of rubber. I attribute it to the type of packaging. It had a crease in the gum due to the way it was folded in the packaging. This crease in shape was the core of the entire Freewall, which collapsed in on itself. Once the pan began to heat up, it only added to the frywall buckling. In the end, everything collapsed and fell into a hot pot of vegetable oil. Bottom line, it doesn't fit. A 12" frywall for a regular 12" round pan that just collapses on its own. Such a shame.
