Review on πŸ”¨ DeWalt 16 oz Framing Hammer by Joe Ashan

Revainrating 4 out of 5

lightest hammer to use effectively

This percussion tool has a large textured head that is essential for hammering fasteners. You must not hit your hand with it, otherwise a large flap of skin will tear. The all-steel handle doesn't seem to cause tennis elbow, but the rubber falls off after a while. The claw is very effective for pulling nails, but my specimen was a bit soft, so one claw was slightly bent. I heard Stanley bought Dewalt. This makes sense as the hammer appears to have been well designed and then made with the wrong rubber glue and heat treatment for the head. We have to look for another company.
