This item was purchased in July/August 2020 and installed on my RV. Fast forward to April 2021 and the lock has only been used 4 times. The keyboard no longer works. The power locking mechanism is not strong enough to open and close the latch, so keyboard input does not work. The battery cover fell apart and fell off. The handle is so weak that it almost breaks when the door is closed. The key entry hardly works because the tumblers are so bad that the key is difficult to turn in the lock. Don't waste your time on this article, spend some more money and buy the real deal. I wish I had. Now I have an expensive door knob that's ready to go in the trash.
