OMG! I love these leggings for my horse. He is very sensitive to hooves and does not wear shoes for more than 2-3 weeks. These boots fit well and keep his hooves in pretty good shape. I only use them when riding which is an average of 1 hour 5 times a week. You have a better grip than barefoot or in shoes. They stay in mud, water and tall grass. He wears thin soles to keep them in place and I didn't see any chafing heels. They work great for me.
