Be sure to measure the axle to be replaced before ordering this item. I was trying to replace the Maxle on a 2011 Trek Rumblefish 29er. An important measurement is the distance from the innermost side (flat surface) of the quick release assembly to the threaded end of the axle. I'm about 173mm tall. Well made but needs to be returned. This article has the part number: 00.4315.015.020. The number I needed was 11.4315.023.000.
