I gave five stars for durability but I would like to point out that this is not for parents. This is good for small birds or even cockatiels. I use it to sleep a wild bird while raising it for release. She flies during the day but still comes back at night to settle in my house. But I have dogs and cats, so I have to protect them. I think it's a really cool cage because you can open the top and the birds can get in there. There is enough space for the birds to go up and down. I still think it's great for small birds, maybe finches I think. for them it would be like a mini aviary.
