I needed a turtleneck sweater for my 75 lb Lab (has 1X) who has allergies and scratches his neck constantly. It got to the point where she almost had no hair on her neck and no matter what I tried, Apoquel, Healing Wipes, Healing Baths, I couldn't get her to stop the itching! She was always red and inflamed in the form of spots. The cone wouldn't stop her from scratching her skin, I put socks on her but she takes them off too quickly. I tried putting a snood on but it just pulled down her neck when she shook leaving the area open. Here's what finally worked! She's been wearing it regularly for about a week now and his skin is almost 100% back to normal! Still bare but hopefully it will go away over time. It's made for a gray hound so the size she needs to fit her chest is a little longer as you can see in the picture but she doesn't mind. It is elastic and breathable material. The only reason it's not 5/5 is that I'm worried about chafing on the inside of her legs because the sleeves are so short they sometimes feel like they're digging into her armpits . Haven't had any problems yet but will update if they occur!
