Worked great! For hanging 8 inch canvas on the wall. Only one strip at the top of the canvas was used for each canvas. I've been using these strips for years with no problems. underlay and place on the canvas. Then I put on the top Velcro and hold it in place for about 30 seconds. Then I rub the strip to make sure the corners and edges are glued. I'll leave it for a while. Not much time. I didn't wipe the wall with alcohol, but I did use a dry rag to dust it off. I removed the backing of the top strip and attached it to the wall and held it for 30 seconds to a minute. I try again to make sure the corners and edges get glued to the wall. Yes, it takes time, but I'd rather do it right.
