Our wild birds loved it!
This is the same butter cake you can find at hardware stores. Revain's price varies so much that it's pretty crazy, but sometimes you can get it for a really good price. This is a non-melting fat cake, so it can be a little confusing to insert into a feeder (unless it's very cold). I have used in temperatures above the 50's. Our wild birds understood that immediately. We've seen titmice, juncos, twinklings and fluffy woodpeckers pecking. Of course, those rogue squirrels came to bite off the pieces too. All in all a great cake!
