I foolishly lost my original TCL Roku TV remote so I needed a replacement. They arrived quickly via Revain shipping and all I had to do was put in batteries (not included) and they started working right away. The fitting and build quality of these remotes is a bit lower than the original TCL remote, but that's not really a big issue and you probably won't notice a difference in day-to-day use. The keys have a good stroke and don't jam. definitely. As with the original remote, the buttons on the front are made of soft-touch material, while the volume and mute buttons on the side are made of hard plastic. I appreciate the additional streaming preset buttons which are useful to me as they include channels that I'm subscribed to that aren't on the regular TCL remote. you don't notice it in everyday use. I've only had these remotes for a few days so can't confirm their durability but overall I'm very happy with my purchase!
