I had no problem installing it. It works great. When you add headlights to your vehicle, truck, or car, whatever it is. Or if you add 12 volt outlets or anything else that might be an accessory. You must have a fuse box. This one works great. But being able to keep your lines separated and organized is definitely a must and if you're on the backup do the right thing, they're so cheap why not have them. Because I basically added six things to my car including headlights, 12 volt more interior lights. I have a Honda Element that I set up for camping and traveling and I have to say that keeping these things separate on their own circuit is crucial. I'm not an electrical pro or anything but I've had no issues with this product and am very busy with it.
