To be honest I hesitated to buy this product because it was very expensive but in the end it was worth it! I prefer chilled water so this is perfect! It is easy to clean and so far has no defects. I've had it for a few months now and I would recommend it to anyone asking for it. However, I will say that the hole isn't big enough to hold a sponge and wash it by hand, but you can still clean it thoroughly by rinsing with hot soapy water. It's surprisingly easy to carry around and has made me drink more water overall. I've never poured hot beverages into a hydroflask, but if I fill a water bottle and put a lot of ice in it, my drink stays icy and there's usually ice on the bottom. I would say the insulation works for a maximum of 12 hours in my experience, but it's a lot better than I expected. I take it everywhere and keep refilling!
