Review on Topcon RL-H5A Horizontal Self-Leveling Laser by Ghostnote Hankins

Have owned this laser for 2 years with no complaints and everything has been fine. Weighed flawlessly every time and was a great product for the money. It was like that until the automatic alignment stopped. I contacted Topcon and took it to my local dealer for shipping. A Topcon technician contacted me and said that the cost of repairs would exceed the cost of a new laser and that none of the repairs were covered under warranty, concluding that the unit had been mishandled in some way. personal laser and no one uses it but me and I know for sure that it has never been dropped or abused. I'm not sure if it was a problem in transit from the dealer to the repair center or what caused the damage. After this experience I will not buy another Topcon product. Be careful with "5 years guarantee, if we don't want to give any guarantee at all".
