Review on πŸ–ŒοΈ American Crafts Knock Border Punch for Scrapbooking and Stamping by Kelsey Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cozy! Cheaper than a binding machine!

With this handy hole punch you can create your own spiral notebooks! Binders can cost anywhere from $75 to over $300, but this hole punch used with the American Crafts - Knock Outs - Border Punch System Starter Kit is just as effective and costs a lot less money. However, it requires a little more time, patience and manpower. The downside to this item is that you can only punch up to 4 sheets at a time without the punch jamming. Also, the punch is oriented so the holes are deep enough in the page that you'll need at least a 15mm spool to hold each project together - less than that, the pages won't turn properly. As with any conventional hand hole. Impact, this can only go through certain surfaces and materials, so it's not intended for large or professional projects. I turned some old postcards and baseball cards into mini notebook covers using trimmed old paper for filler. It's a great way to recycle scrap paper and a fun item to make your own scrapbooks, notepads, journals or other art projects - you can use it to bind them yourself! For those who love it and don't know where to find a coil binding, I recommend [.] and I also recommend that you order *at least* a 14mm binding (or wider depending on how thick you have your want to make books).
