Sturdy Small Parts Bin with Adjustable Compartment

I was looking for several small parts bins to store nuts and bolts, screws, clamps, etc. for different sizes of RC cars. I wanted adjustable bights but also wanted them to seal fairly well as I have very small things like set screws and small clips that always seem to get lost. After some research I settled on this Creative Options Organizer. First the good: - size is big - lots of compartments but organizer doesn't feel too big and uncomfortable - ability to customize compartments - clasps seem pretty solid - hinge area is real hinges, not just flimsy plastic flexes . Now so-so: - You don't get enough dividers to create all the real compartments. I guess most people probably don't buy this custom container to use in a standard configuration, but it would be nice to have that option. Not all separators fit "tightly" in the slots. I understand this is a piece of molded plastic and not an ultra high stability mechanism, so I was kinda expecting it. Most dividers are fairly tight and don't ride up, allowing small items to slide into adjacent compartments, but some of the dividers are completely loose (technical term). If you have a plan that you like and never want to change, I think that a few drops of cyanoacrylate glue on the bottom of each loose divider will hold them in place. difficult to separate. I'll admit that the protrusions connecting all the separators were larger than I expected, but that's hardly difficult. If you have wire cutters/pliers they will deal with this quickly. A good pair of scissors or a utility knife will also work - just be careful! I used wire cutters to separate the dividers and then some toenail clippers to trim off any excess protrusions - this method worked great. Everyone has 1 to 10, they are very difficult to get with bare fingers. I keep some tweezers in my parts box and use them to pick up the smallest items. Well, if Plano exactly the same container, but halfway up, that would probably be perfect for me (maybe they do and I haven't seen it). Anyway, my tweezers method works and for large items/objects that I have a lot, the height is just perfect. So perfect that I bought a second one because I have too many small parts!
