Cute but not very functional
First of all, it is very cute. However, that is all. It is made of a material that does not allow the otter to sink into the tea. It just floats. In addition, there is not enough space in the cavity to put more than 1 teaspoon of tea leaves. The arms aren't long enough to push him into the water. 2 stars for cuteness and that's it.
