Super Cute Fun Skirt

This skirt is very cute and flattering. I ordered the XS but due to my short 5ft 1in it didn't fit me. This requires a long torso I. To be able to wear it with a high waist and be a short mini. But it's a fun skirt that you can wear top or bottom!
