The strap is ok but could definitely be a bit better. The collar is really pretty. My only real issue is that the eyebolt that attaches the strap has a smaller thread so it only fits in a hole in the middle. The problem is, if you have a monitor or something attached to your stabilizer that adds weight on one side, you can't adjust by moving the strap over the collar to even out the pressure. I ended up buying some D-rings which solve the problem.
