It's one big package

Only reason why this isn't a higher score is because I thought the gauze was in individual packages, not all in one wrapper. But they still work just the same, it just means that I use them at home when administering my own meds, versus using them out in the field, which is what I was going to do. But that could have been my fault for assuming.
