***First, I should clarify for other customers and potential buyers that there are two types of 2001 model year key fobs. Make sure you order the right one for your vehicle or you will most likely have trouble getting it to work. If you still have the original key fobs, check the ID/PN on the back and buy the same one. Also, don't throw away old key fobs as these new key fobs do not have the part number on the back like the originals. Here is the link I used to program the fobs (it's really very simple): [.] Now to the product. It came as advertised. My key fobs were sixteen years old, worn out and barely working anymore. I couldn't lock or unlock my car more than a few feet from the driver's door. With these new keychains, it's like owning a new car again. Buttons have an elastic effect, ie. Brand new and working from the first click. The case is well sealed and will not fall apart if dropped. The plastic is slightly textured, as are the original keyrings (my originals are smooth, having fallen, pocketed and chewed on stuff for sixteen years when I was a toddler). I can't stress enough how great it is to have new keychains. I'm actually smiling because I can block the car from over 20 feet like I used to be able to with the originals. I'm sure they're moving on, just need to see when I get out. If there are any issues with these keychains I will definitely add to this review. As you can see, if you need new key fobs and they match your car, order them!
