Really not too hard to assemble. You just have to make sure your putting everything on in the correct fashion. The instructions are mostly pictures so it’s easy to miss something. We had out all the players in before we saw the rubber bumpers. We had to take off the outside players off of every line to put them back on. The players themselves don’t slide down easily. But once you have them there screwing then in is easy. We didn’t use a drill although that would’ve made it faster. I did opt to put in the cup holder and it was easy to install with no pre drilled holes. All I did was press the screws firmly. The product is okay in quality as we already have a bottom piece that the staples came off of and we have to redo. Not sure what happened there. But it is really fun to use. Not a huge table but it’s fine for us.
