My atomizer says to use 3-4 ounces to fill the atomizer after use to protect internal organs while it sits. I had to paint a few doors so thought I'd buy a few more. Well, as it turns out, my atomizer only holds about 1 ounce, and it's full, so this bottle lasts about 32 uses. This should take some time. So far my sprayer seems to have worked great even though it has sat 3-4 months between uses. I'm a homeowner, not a professional, so my stuff has been lying around for a while. So I take extra steps to protect my stuff while it's lying. This stuff does the trick.
