I've been a Cambric for 15 years and will always be a coffee snob. I've missed my daily cold beer, between this and my nitro keg I don't need to mix up my order elsewhere. Super easy to use, only takes about 10 minutes to operate (water takes forever to fill). I leave it overnight (18-24 hours) then flood it with my nitro and start again. I wish I could hold more but I love it. Two batches fill up my nitro plus something for a regular cold beer, so I do it twice a week. I love that it doesn't have a brewing bag, the metal filter allows you to get a better taste of coffee and roasted coffee. It's pretty easy to clean, to get rid of the grind, I fill the carafe with water and some soap, the brush helps clean the glass completely, and then I put the filter in to get a loose grind and the filter to clean. Would definitely buy again as a gift, even thinking about a second one for myself so I can drink more coffee!
