Review on Komelon SM5425 Gripper Acrylic Measuring Tape: Reliable Precision and Easy Handling by Nonito Shin

I bought this even though it was a brand name I've never heard of because it has 16 marks right on the tape. This means you don't have to think it's 3/16 or 11/16, it actually says 3/16 on the tape. When I'm working it's sometimes difficult to see the lines of the tape (because I'm old) and being able to read the numbers makes it easier. The tape feels nice and is a bit more compact than other tapes. The body is rubberized so you don't have to worry about scratching the table when you put it down, unlike many hard plastic brands. The lock feature is a new design, let's see if it will work over time. The reason I bought this was because I had two different brand straps that broke the lock on the same day. This one is good so far.
