The tool is very intuitive, easy for use by non technical people with no training required at all! It's great that it can be used as an internal sales solution too which saves time in getting new clients onboarded into your CRM system or even just sending out emails from within one platform rather than using multiple platforms (ie Salesforce).
I wish there was some way of being able to create custom reports/dashboards but maybe this will come soon? We are solving our client retention issues so we have been looking hard internally for any problems users face when trying to understand their data better & make decisions about how they're performing over different periods etc.. This has made life easier because now my team don't need me constantly having meetings / phone calls asking them what stats do you want to see next week - instead these questions become answered via emailing each other directly from the.
